Wiliian insists Chelsea are still in a position to challenge for ‘titles’

Willian insisted that although suffering a challenging start to this season, Chelsea have the squad to struggle for”titles” this year.
Newly-promoted Sheffield United have won only one of the first four league games, losing and held chelsea , at home, at the game.
Veteran ahead Willian, in an interview with Sky Sports, is determined the club players may carry them forward this effort, although supervisor Frank Lampard has experienced his options limited at the start of his tenure has been guaranteed by A move ban.
“I think Chelsea will win some names this year,” Willian explained. “I know it’ll be difficult this season to win names, as usual, it’s always hard.
“It’s difficult once you lose players such as David Luiz, Eden Hazard, however we have some quality young players who will improve a lot and in the future become one of the best players in the league. I think we’ve got a team that is fantastic.
“However Chelsea is a large club and this shirt is heavy. We go to triumph when Chelsea enter a competition.
“It is not important the players, it is not important the trainer, every year we would like to acquire something, and I think this year we can do it again.”
Willian praised the work Lampard has set in so far, considering that the club want time to adapt to his methods.
“It has been great to work with him” Willian added. “He is an excellent man. The quality of instruction has been good.
“Of course we must give some time to accommodate, it is a new profile, a new doctrine, but I think we’ll adapt.”
With under a year left in his present arrangement, the long term future in Chelsea of 31-year-old Willian remains unclear, especially given the fact the Brazilian is to start a competitive game .
But, Willian feels his fitness center goes back and he’s raring to go, should he be called upon.
“I had an injury when I was at Copa America and that I had a while in training to recover, but now I am 100 per cent,” Willian added. “I need to continue to train hard and once I have enough time to play I need to play nicely.”
