Basketball point spread and over/under is your best, imo. Its only the game that has constant scoring and action. The spreads and o/u constantly changes and it has the maximum variation with chances of up to 30 point swings. The basic strategy here is pick opposite of everything you would have picked prior to the game if this team gets additional points. So if Team A is -10 and the livebet becomes -6 and you would’ve chosen team B +10 prior to the game start, pick Team A -6. Obviously, the trick here is WHEN you should set the bet. As for me, I have a 10 point rule. In case the point varies by at least 10 points against you, wager what you would have bet. If it falls 10 points in your favor, decide on the opposite that which you would have picked.
The 10 point approach comes from an estimation that approximately 8/10 games drop inside 10 points for both spread and o/u. The more points you receive, the greater your chances. I had a match with the O/U at 209 and the game had a 117 haltime complete. The live wager had 224 o/u at that point. Since it falls beneath the 10 point rule and my first choice was the beneath, I picked under 224. The game ended with 204 total points. This only works if you truly have a choice before the match so a little study is still required.
I would prevent over/under for soccer, hockey and football because its much harder to predict every time a score will happen. I’d adhere to moneylines for all those sports.
I understand nothing nor have some experience with livebetting baseball.
